• ‍ Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Working one-to-one and in small groups with pupils
• Supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
• Helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally
• Assisting with classroom preparation and daily activities
