Are you a fluent Welsh speaker looking for a rewarding role in education? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Unit within a school in Ammanford.

✅ The Role

• Supporting pupils through the medium of Welsh
• Working one-to-one and in small groups with learners
• Supporting pupils with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Assisting with classroom activities and learning interventions
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills
• Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
