We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our Specialist Resource Base (SRB) team in CF10, supporting primary-aged pupils with Autism and other ALN needs. This role is ideal for someone patient, dedicated, and nurturing – experience is valued but not required, as your passion, resilience, and ability to form strong connections matter more.

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Working within the SRB, supporting children with Autism and ALN
✅ Helping to create a nurturing, safe, and structured learning environment
✅ Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
✅ Helping to implement tailored learning and nurture programmes
✅ Encouraging engagement, emotional regulation, and social interaction

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
