We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Social Sciences to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in subjects such as History, Geography, Sociology, and Psychology, and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Social Sciences subjects.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Social Sciences.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Social Sciences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Dedication to promoting inclusion and diversity within the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
