We are keen to appoint an imaginative and dynamic teacher of Science for KS3 and KS4 to cover a medium length post within a good Science department. We would be delighted to hear from experienced, recently qualified or newly trained teachers with a real enthusiasm for Science.
Our school seeks a science teacher who can genuinely enthuse and inspire young people and most importantly promote a positive environment and relationship with students.
As a Science Teacher you are expected to:
- have an expertise in science (could be biology, chemistry or physics)
- act as a tutor- provide a safe, supportive and motivating environment
- provide effective feedback to students that will enable them to set clear individual targets
Please note this role is to start ASAP and may continue for up to 2 terms or more.
Please note an initial interview will be a requirement and the start date will be Jan 18. This is initially a temporary post with a possibility of going permanent for the right teacher.
