Teacher of Science – Basingstoke – September 2025 Start

A well-regarded secondary school in Basingstoke is seeking a dynamic Science Teacher to join their high-performing department. You’ll be supported by an experienced team who value collaboration, creativity, and excellent teaching standards across Key Stages 3 and 4.


The Role:

  • Full-time position starting September 2025
  • Teach General Science to students across KS3 and KS4
  • Opportunities to specialise in Biology, Chemistry or Physics
  • Engage students with hands-on experiments and real-world applications
  • Collaborate with a friendly and forward-thinking science team

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – ECTs welcomed
  • Confident delivering Science curriculum across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • A strong classroom presence and ability to differentiate learning
  • A team player who’s proactive and passionate about science education
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to wider school life and extracurricular science events
