Teacher of Geography – Farnborough – January 2026 Start

Full-Time | Secondary | Long-Term Position

Are you a passionate Teacher of Geography ready for a rewarding new opportunity in January 2026? Teaching Personnel are supporting a forward-thinking secondary school in Farnborough who are seeking a dedicated Geography specialist to join their Humanities department on a full-time, long-term basis.

This role is ideal for experienced Geography teachers or confident subject specialists looking to make an impact in the classroom. If you are enthusiastic about delivering engaging lessons, supporting student progress, and fostering a love of Geography across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, we want to hear from you.


The Role:

  • Deliver inspiring and well-structured Geography lessons across KS3–KS4
  • Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum standards
  • Support learners of all abilities to achieve their full potential
  • Contribute to a collaborative and innovative Humanities department
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour management and safeguarding

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Teacher of Geography or confident Geography subject specialist
  • Strong knowledge of the secondary Geography curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to student achievement
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
