Teaching Personnel is supporting a well‑established secondary school in Farnborough seeking a confident, experienced Teacher of Geography to join their team on a full‑time MAT cover basis.

This position is ideal for a strong practitioner with excellent behaviour management skills and a passion for delivering engaging, high‑quality Geography lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

The Role – Teacher of Geography (MAT Cover)

The school is looking for an experienced Geography Teacher who can:

• Teach Geography to KS3 and KS4 with confidence and strong subject knowledge
• Maintain high expectations and deliver purposeful, well‑structured lessons
• Demonstrate effective classroom management and create a focused learning environment
• Plan engaging, challenging lessons that inspire curiosity and progress
• Contribute positively to departmental planning and assessment
• Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential
• Work collaboratively within a motivated Humanities team

This is a full‑time MAT cover role, suited to an experienced teacher ready to make a significant contribution throughout the assignment.
