Teacher of Geography – September 2025 Start
Full-Time or Part-Time Considered | Permanent Role

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a popular and inclusive secondary school in Alton to recruit a Teacher of Geography to join their dedicated Humanities team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving learning community that values ambition, personal development, and student success.

This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin or further their teaching journey in a highly supportive environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students

  • Create and implement creative and challenging curriculum plans in line with national standards

  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback and support

  • Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture

  • Participate in departmental and whole-school activities, including enrichment and CPD

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
