Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a high-performing secondary school in Hampshire, seeking a Teacher of Food Preparation and Nutrition to join their team from September 2025 on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role:
You’ll join a well-equipped and recently refurbished department, delivering engaging and practical lessons in Food Preparation and Nutrition across Key Stages 3 and 4. At KS3, students participate on a rotational basis, while at KS4, learners follow the popular Eduqas (WJEC) GCSE course.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver creative, inspiring lessons that bring food and nutrition to life
- Teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, tailoring your approach to meet a range of abilities
- Use data and assessment to support excellent outcomes and promote student progress
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture where students develop life skills and confidence
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance a high-quality curriculum offer
We’re Looking For a Teacher Who:
- Has a passion for Food Technology and a drive to deliver excellence in the classroom
- Can build strong relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community
- Demonstrates creativity, adaptability, and energy in their teaching practice
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications welcomed from ECTs and experienced teachers
- Shares a vision of nurturing curious, reflective learners prepared for the world beyond school
