Teacher of English – Farnborough – January 2026 Start (Permanent)

Are you a dedicated and inspiring Teacher of English with a passion for literature, language, and helping students find their voice?
Teaching Personnelare working alongside a successful secondary school in Farnborough seeking a talented and enthusiastic English teacher to join their thriving department from January 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated teacher—whether experienced or newly qualified—to join a strong and collaborative English department known for its commitment to excellence, creativity, and academic achievement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, inspiring students to develop a lifelong love of reading, writing, and critical thinking.


The Role:

  • Full-time, permanent position starting January 2026
  • Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
  • Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and inclusive lessons
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
  • Inspire students through dynamic teaching and high expectations

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent – ECTs welcome
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English education
