The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Create a calm, inclusive and purposeful classroom environment
- Support students of all abilities, including those with SEND
- Use assessment effectively to track progress and raise attainment
- Promote a love of reading, writing and communication
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and pastoral teams to support student success

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS (or equivalent)
- Has experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3–KS4)
- Can inspire and motivate students of all abilities
- Maintains high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
- Is passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives
