Are you a passionate and innovative Design & Technology teacher ready to shape the future of young minds? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Teacher of Design & Technology to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Bordon, Hampshire from January 2026.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to teach across the full age and ability range, delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that spark creativity and curiosity. As part of the Design & Technology curriculum, you will be expected to teach Construction and Food Technology, helping students develop practical skills and real-world knowledge in these vital areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver inspiring Design & Technology lessons, including Construction and Food, that challenge and motivate students.
- Use innovative teaching strategies to ensure rapid and sustained progress.
- Assess student learning effectively to inform future planning.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and teaching assistants.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in Design & Technology, with the ability to teach Construction and Food across key stages.
- A commitment to high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for developing independent, creative learners.
