Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Business Studies to join a high-performing secondary school in Bridgend. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, with the successful candidate teaching GCSE and A-Level Business Studies.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Business specialist who can inspire and motivate students, contributing to excellent outcomes across Key Stages 4 and 5.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in GCSE and A-Level Business Studies.
• Plan, prepare and assess classwork in line with departmental and exam board requirements.
• Support pupils in achieving their academic potential through creative and dynamic teaching.
• Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experienced in teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
• Excellent subject knowledge of the WJEC specification (or willingness to adapt).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Motivated, organised and committed to supporting student achievement.
