A specialist SEMH school in Wirral is seeking a full-time teacher for its Pathway Campus, supporting students on non-traditional, personalised education routes. This campus focuses on emotional development, life skills, and academic re-engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored teaching to students with SEMH and complex needs

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

• Use trauma-informed, therapeutic approaches

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team

• Support holistic pupil development and wellbeing

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent

• Experience or interest in SEMH

• Child-centred, trauma-informed approach

• Strong behaviour management and resilience

• Commitment to safeguarding and ongoing development
