Due to a significant increase in demand, Teaching Personnel is excited to offer guaranteed work contracts for exceptional teachers based in the Newcastle and Northumbria area.

Every term, Teaching Personnel can offer select teachers a place on our Guaranteed Work Scheme, providing teachers with that all-important guaranteed income while retaining the flexibility of supply work. We are currently seeking teachers able to teach across Key Stage One and Key Stage Two in and around the  Newcastle and Northumbria area.

Benefits of the Guaranteed Work Scheme include:

  • Assurance that you will receive work in schools.
  • Guarantees that you will receive income for at least the number of days (less one) that you make yourself available every week under the terms of the scheme.
  • Means that you don't have to manage relationships with multiple agencies.
  • Minimizes your payroll administration and tax issues.

How it works:

  1. Once you have registered with us and built up good feedback in our client schools, we will discuss how many days you can commit to being free for supply work.
  2. We will guarantee to pay you for every day less one (per week), even if there is no work available.
  3. In order to be paid for not working, you will need to have fulfilled the terms and conditions of the scheme.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
