Job description

Are you looking for a support worker position within a school setting? Do you have any previous experience with working with children that have educational barriers? Are you looking to work full time on a temporary contract? If so then this would be the perfect role for you.

The school cater for pupils aged 11 to 16 and the day is split into two halves. In the morning's core subjects are taught, then throughout the afternoon activities take part to keep the pupils engaged. The school requires a support worker who is able to work closely with senior teachers in a small based classroom with pupils who have educational barriers. The role requires you to provide a safe and secure environment so that each pupil can reach their full potential. The school caters for pupils who have ADHD and behavioural difficulties.

This is supply work and you will ideally have your own transport, if not be able to use public transport and commute to schools from a morning call.
