About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our school's team in Littlehampton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to students with diverse needs helping them to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Providing one-on-one support to students
  • Assisting with personal care tasks if necessary, implementing individualized support plans
  • Fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • You'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure that each student receives the tailored support they require to succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
