Support Buddy – SEND School | Brighton & Hove | Immediate Start
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a specialist SEND school based in the Brighton & Hove area. The school supports both primary and secondary-aged pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and is looking for enthusiastic Support Buddies to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is caring, proactive and passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs.
The Role
As a Support Buddy, you will work closely with pupils on either a 1:1 or small-group basis, helping them to engage with their learning, develop their confidence and feel supported throughout the school day.
Your role will involve building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and working alongside teachers and other support staff to create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment.

Role Details
Location: Brighton & Hove
Start Date: September
Pay: £360–£460 per week
Availability: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Contract: Temp to Perm
Experience: SEND/PMLD experience preferred
DBS: Enhanced Child-Only DBS required
Travel: Accessible by bus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
