About Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel is the largest education recruitment in the UK. With over 20 offices all over the UK we cover the majority of primary and secondary schools. This New Year we are currently seeking to refresh our candidates who are looking for day to day, short term and long term roles within the education sector. As a company we offer various roles with in schools that range from supply class teachers, class teachers, teaching assistants and behaviour mentors to name only but a few. Whilst working for Teaching Personnel each individual is paid a competitive daily rate in accordance to relevant experience, qualifications and teaching ability. In saying so, unlike many other agencies, Teaching Personnel has an online portal where schools are able to leave detailed feedback in regards to performance and therefore ensuring that you are rewarded for your hard work. Staffs are eligible to termly pay reviews due to consistent excellent feedback that is given by the school that they have been working at.

What we are looking for?

  • Relevant Educational Qualifications (incl CPD courses)
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a school based setting
  • Up to date DBS certificate (or willing to renew)

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
