Supply Teaching Assistant, Morden Primary School- Full-time September Start

The Role:

• Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil with additional learning needs
• Assist with classroom tasks and adapt learning activities as needed
• Help manage behaviour in line with school expectations
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil
• Promote inclusion and ensure the pupil feels supported and valued

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with SEND (in school or other settings) is desirable
• A calm, adaptable, and resilient nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development
