Supply Teaching Assistant, Morden Primary School- Full-time September Start
Are you a patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Morden is seeking a one-to-one Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with a pupil who requires tailored support to thrive both academically and emotionally. Whether you have classroom experience or a background in youth work, psychology, or care, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
- Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil with additional learning needs
- Assist with classroom tasks and adapt learning activities as needed
- Help manage behaviour in line with school expectations
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil
- Promote inclusion and ensure the pupil feels supported and valued
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with SEND (in school or other settings) is desirable
- A calm, adaptable, and resilient nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
