A vibrant and welcoming mainstream primary school in New Malden, with excellent transport links, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for Psychology or Criminology graduates who want to make a difference and gain valuable experience in education.

You will support young children at a crucial stage in their development—helping with emotional regulation, managing classroom behaviour, and assisting pupils to overcome learning challenges.
Whether you aim to pursue educational psychology or teaching, this role offers invaluable hands-on experience that will set you apart.
Your responsibilities:
Support activities in Key Stage 1 and contribute to a positive learning environment
Assist with behaviour management in a mixed-ability Year 2 class
Work one-to-one and in small groups to help pupils engage with the curriculum
We are looking for:
Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields
Experience working or volunteering with children (school, tutoring, childcare, etc.)
A calm, empathetic, and proactive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
