We are currently recruiting Primary Teachers, SEN Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and Support Staff to work in a variety of mainstream and specialist primary schools. We have both day-to-day supply and long-term placements available, offering the flexibility to work around your lifestyle and commitments.

Our partner schools are committed to creating positive, inclusive learning environments where every child has the opportunity to thrive. Many of the schools also support pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD and speech and language needs, providing tailored interventions, one-to-one support and small group learning.

The Roles

Primary Teachers

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
  • Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

SEN Teaching Assistants & Learning Support Assistants

  • Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Help build confidence, independence and engagement.
  • Work alongside class teachers to deliver targeted interventions.

Support Staff

  • Provide classroom and pastoral support throughout the school day.
  • Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing.
  • Help create a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from:

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS or ECTs)
  • Experienced Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants
  • SEN Support Staff
  • Graduates looking to gain school experience
  • Individuals with experience in childcare, care work, youth work, coaching or support work
  • Reliable, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about supporting children to achieve their potential

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications or experience working with children or young people
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a school team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
