I'm currently working with a number of lovely primary schools across Bournemouth and surrounding areas who are looking for enthusiastic and caring education professionals to join their teams from September.
There are opportunities available on a supply, short-term and long-term basis, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
What could your next role look like?
Depending on your experience, you could be:
- Inspiring and supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need additional support
- Supporting children with SEN, SEMH, communication and behavioural needs
- Delivering engaging interventions and helping pupils reach their potential
- Providing classroom support alongside experienced teachers
- Helping children develop their confidence, independence and social skills
- Becoming a trusted and positive role model for the children you work with
- Working as part of a supportive and welcoming school team
Who am I looking for?
I'm keen to speak with people who are passionate about working with children and genuinely want to make a difference.
You could be:
✔️ A qualified Primary Teacher with QTS
✔️ An ECT looking for your first role
✔️ An experienced Teaching Assistant
✔️ A Learning Support Assistant
✔️ An SEN specialist
✔️ Someone with previous experience supporting children who is looking to develop their education career
Experience working with SEN or SEMH is a bonus, but it's not always essential. What's most important is that you're caring, reliable, patient and passionate about helping children thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
