Supply Teacher - Oldham

Are you a Teacher looking for flexible or daily supply work in Secondary schools across Oldham?

Teaching Personnel are looking for qualified secondary school Teachers with QTS to register with us, with a view to working as Supply Teachers and picking up regular supply work throughout the Oldham region. Teaching Personnel are the chosen supplier of teachers across the Oldham and Rochdale areas, and our Manchester North Secondary branch are expected to be busy throughout the 2019/2020 academic year

Working as a Supply Teacher when registered with Teaching Personnel, successful candidates can expect:

  • A flexible working schedule that suits your needs
  • Part time or full time work available
  • Negotiable daily pay rates (up to £140 per day dependant on experience and length of cover)
  • Access to an online diary to update your availability
  • Long term cover placements available

Working as a Supply Teacher will suit a range of candidates; from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) looking for introductory roles, to experienced teachers looking for the flexibility that supply work provides. Teaching Personnel is the market leader of education recruitment and help schools on a daily basis with short term cover as well as fixed term appointments. Registering with Teaching Personnel will also offer you opportunities to complete a number of national accredited training courses.

To work as a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, prospective applicants should:

  • Have a relevant teaching bases qualification and QTS
  • Be comfortable delivering pre-planned work
  • Have good behaviour management
  • Enjoy working with young people
