Supply Teacher, York

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking to appoint a Supply Teacher to work across a number of Schools in York. This is on a short term (non-committal basis) and long term basis (taking on the full role of a Teacher). Whether you are looking to work in Primary Schools, Secondary Schools or SEN and Alternative provisions, Teaching Personnel would like to hear from you.

  • Access to in-house and online CPD courses to enhance your personal skills and CV; Team Teach, NASEN, Autism Awareness, Child Psychology and Moving and Handling to name a few

Requirements for the successful candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching the secondary curriculum at GCSE level in your chosen subject
  • A Valid Enhanced Child Only DBS registered with the Update Service or one applied for through Teaching Personnel
  • Full valid UK driving licence with access to own transport (able to travel around York)
  • Availability 3-5 days a week
