Primary Supply Teacher – Southampton
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Contract: Flexible / Temporary / Day-to-Day / Long-Term
Salary: £120 – £160 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing

Are you a passionate and reliable Primary Teacher seeking flexible work in Southampton?
Teaching Personnel is currently looking for enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools across Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to experience different school environments, maintain a work-life balance, and focus on teaching, without the added workload of planning and marking.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Follow school policies and build strong relationships with pupils and staff

  • Manage behaviour effectively and encourage positive learning attitudes

  • Work flexibly on a daily, short-term or long-term basis

We’re looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)

  • Experience teaching within the UK Primary National Curriculum

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Adaptability and a proactive teaching style

  • A genuine passion for primary education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
