About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and accessible lessons, support inclusive learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. You may cover a range of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4, with support from the school’s SEN and pastoral teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering planned lessons in accordance with the national curriculum

Supporting pupils with a range of SEN and behavioural needs

Adapting lessons and teaching strategies to suit diverse learners

Managing the classroom effectively and promoting positive behaviour

Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
What We’re Looking For:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential

Experience working with SEN pupils is desirable

A flexible and adaptable teaching approach

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
