About the Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and accessible lessons, support inclusive learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. You may cover a range of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4, with support from the school’s SEN and pastoral teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering planned lessons in accordance with the national curriculum

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN and behavioural needs

• Adapting lessons and teaching strategies to suit diverse learners

• Managing the classroom effectively and promoting positive behaviour

• Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity of learning

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential

• Experience working with SEN pupils is desirable

• A flexible and adaptable teaching approach

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
