Day-to-Day Supply Teacher
Location: Blackpool and the Fylde Coast
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role: As a supply teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will have the chance to work in a variety of schools, delivering engaging lessons across different age groups and subjects. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across various subjects and year groups.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom dynamics.
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Engage and motivate students, fostering a positive attitude towards learning.
- Provide feedback and report on student progress to the regular class teacher.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
- Flexibility and reliability to cover short-term assignments at short notice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
