Supply Teacher – Bedford
 Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire
  Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
  Start Date: ASAP
  Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible
  CPD Training Available
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teacher to join our supportive schools across Bedford.
 This role is ideal for a confident classroom practitioner who can deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupils’ progress across a range of year groups and subjects.
You’ll be joining a welcoming and professional team where CPD training and ongoing development opportunities are readily available to help you grow and succeed in your teaching career.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and key stages. 
- 
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere. 
- 
Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all pupils. 
- 
Ensure learning objectives are met and provide feedback as required. 
- 
Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupils’ academic and emotional development. 
Experience and Qualifications
- 
Qualification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is preferred. 
- 
Experience: Previous classroom teaching experience is desirable. 
- 
Skills: Strong classroom management, flexibility, and a passion for supporting young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
