Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable experience in welcoming and supportive primary school environments across Sefton?

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a network of excellent primary schools across the Sefton area to provide high-quality supply cover for Early Career Teachers. As part of our exclusive ECT Pool, you’ll have access to flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities starting from September 2025.

Whether you’re seeking experience across different Key Stages, looking to build your confidence, or aiming for a permanent role – we’re here to support your journey every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:

  • QTS or pending QTS 

  • A genuine passion for primary education

  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills

  • A proactive, flexible, and positive approach

  • Ability to travel to schools within Sefton and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
