Part-Time SRB Teacher – Monmouth Primary School
Location: Monmouth
Days: 2 days per week
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Ongoing (long-term opportunity)
Pay: Minimum £166.32 per day
Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a nurturing and inclusive primary school in Monmouth, who are seeking a part-time SRB Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
This is a 2-day-per-week position within the school’s Specialist Resource Base (SRB), supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional needs. The school is flexible on which two days you work.
The Role:
- Deliver tailored lessons to a small group of pupils with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with support staff, the ALNCo, and external professionals
- Foster a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Use a range of strategies to manage behaviour and promote pupil engagement
✅ We're Looking For:
- A fully qualified teacher (QTS essential)
- Experience working within an SRB or a similar SEN setting
- Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills
- A patient, caring, and resilient approach to teaching
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with ALN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
