Sports Graduates – Primary School Support Roles (Stockton & Surrounding Areas)
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sports graduates to support pupils in primary schools across Stockton and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to use your sports background to positively engage children, promote physical activity, and support behaviour and wellbeing within the school environment.
Location: Stockton-on-Tees & surrounding areas
Position: Sports Graduate – Primary School Support
Start Date: Ongoing
Pay: £90–£100 per day (depending on the role)
Shifts: Flexible (full-time or part-time available)
About the Role:

Support pupils within primary school settings, both in and out of the classroom
-
Use sport and physical activity to engage and motivate pupils
-
Work one-to-one or with small groups of children
-
Support pupils with behaviour management, focus, and emotional regulation
-
Assist with PE sessions, outdoor activities, and active learning tasks
-
Help create a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment
-
Work closely with teachers and school staff as part of a wider support team
What We’re Looking For:
-
Sports graduates or those with a degree in sports science, physical education, or related fields
-
A passion for working with children and promoting physical activity
-
A confident, energetic, and proactive approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Experience working with children or coaching is beneficial but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
