Job Role and Responsibilities: 

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be vital in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment without the regular class teacher. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and materials to classes across different subject areas.
• Manage student behaviour and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Promote active engagement and participation among students during lessons.
• Provide support and guidance to students as needed.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity and progression in student learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
• Following the school's policies and procedures at all times.
