We are looking for an energetic, proactive and resilient Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team, supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support to pupils with complex needs, including those who are non-verbal.
• Assist with Personal Care, PEG feeding, and other daily needs.
• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver individual learning programmes.
• Support pupils in a busy, active environment — keeping pace with their energy and engaging them in all aspects of school life.
• Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and families, ensuring consistency and safeguarding at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN/SEN).
• A positive, energetic approach and the ability to be proactive throughout the school day.
• Confidence, resilience, and flexibility when working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to following school protocols.
• Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils who have a wide range of needs.
