Due to increasing demand over the last academic year, we are expanding our recruitment drive to hire talented, passionate specialist teaching assistants.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be willing to work on a full-time basis. Access to a personal vehicle is advantageous. As a specialist teaching assistant within this school, you will work with pupils who need extra support, helping them manage their behaviour and reach their daily milestones. The role will be varied, involving both 1:1 support and small group work to ensure all pupils meet curriculum standards. Hours will align with school opening times (08:30-15:30), but the days of work can be flexible, occasionally limited to mornings or afternoons. This provides you with the opportunity to manage your time around your commitments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
