Special Needs Teaching Assistant (Suitable for Graduates)
Are you a recent graduate in psychology or healthcare looking to gain valuable experience while making a difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)?

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group intervention to students with ASD and other special educational needs, applying your knowledge of psychology or healthcare to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with teachers and healthcare professionals to implement individualised support plans and interventions, ensuring that each student's unique needs are met.
- Foster positive relationships with students and create a supportive learning environment that encourages their independence and self-confidence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
