Teaching Personnel are searching for a KS3/KS4 Spanish Teacher to join an MFL Department in Stockport from Easter 2023 until July 2023. The school have a brilliantly structured Spanish curriculum shown below:

Curriculum Vision

Curriculum Features

  • At both KS3 and KS4, provides students the opportunity to cover all four skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) in every unit and opportunities to revisit key skills and grammar structures are built into students learning journeys.
  • The department are constantly assessing the curriculum and adapting it to fit the needs of students.
  • Recall is becoming an essential tool as the overall aim is for students to apply language naturally and confidently.
  • As a department and individual teachers, flexibility is allowed in the curriculum to ensure students are confident with a topic or vocabulary, before moving on.

Your role

  • Delivering Spanish curriculum in a, smaller than average Ofsted ‘Good’ school and helping develop the student’s linguistic skills.
  • You will be able to influence the direction and content of the curriculum and reap the benefits of making a real impact on student’s linguistic skills as well as the overall faculty.
  • While the pay ranges from £28,000 to £43,685 experience dependant, the job satisfaction potential is endless.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
