MFL Teacher (Spanish Specialist) – Secondary School – Bridport
Start Date: January 2026 (or December 2025 if available) | Full Time | Fixed-Term – 1 Academic Year

We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-respected secondary school in Bridport, who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed MFL Teacher with a specialism in Spanish to join their team from January 2026. For candidates who are available sooner, the school is open to a December start.

This is a full-time role, offered on a fixed-term contract for one academic year, with the potential for further opportunities. You’ll be joining a dedicated and supportive department, delivering engaging language lessons and helping students develop both their linguistic skills and cultural understanding.

About the Role:

  • Teaching Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Planning and delivering creative, inclusive and effective lessons

  • Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback

  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative department environment

What the School is Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent overseas qualification)

  • A specialism in Spanish is essential

  • Ideally, at least one year of teaching experience, though confident ECTs are encouraged to apply

  • A passion for language education and a commitment to student development

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
