The Role
-
Leading and mentoring Teaching Assistants
-
Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions
-
Supporting personal care, mobility and medical needs
-
Contributing to Personal Learning Goals and progress reviews
-
Supervising classes where required
This is a hands-on, senior role requiring initiative, resilience and strong leadership within the classroom.
Requirements
-
Essential experience supporting pupils with SEN needs
-
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
-
NVQ3 or relevant qualification desirable
-
Calm, patient and adaptable approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
