We are seeking a SEND Support Assistant for a school in Harrogate supporting pupils with a variety of needs.
Your Role:
Work with pupils with autism, speech and language difficulties, and learning delays.
Assist with communication techniques (Makaton desirable).
Provide care, reassurance, and structure.
Support both in-class and during unstructured times.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in education, SEN, or care.
Patient, approachable, and committed to inclusion.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
