Job Title: SEND Class Teacher
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Salary: 130-200+ per day dependent on experience
Contract Type: Full-time, part-time, permanent
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Class Teacher to join our supportive and inclusive school community in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), supporting them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties
- Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
- Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress effectively
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience working with children with SEND (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
