What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering fun, engaging lessons tailored to each child’s unique needs
• Supporting learners with SEN including autism, SEMH, or communication challenges
• Tutoring in a calm 1:1 setting – this could be at home, in a care setting, or a local community space like a library
• Building confidence, inspiring curiosity, and helping pupils love learning
• Tracking progress and adapting your sessions to keep things fresh and focused
• Using positive strategies to keep learners motivated and engaged

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with SEN pupils in a school, tuition, or care setting
• Confident teaching Maths, English and/or Science at primary level (KS1–KS2)
• A creative and adaptable approach to learning
• Great communication skills and a warm, encouraging attitude
• A genuine desire to see young learners grow and thrive

Essentials:

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply – we can help)
• The right to work in the UK
• A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare

What You’ll Get:

Start date: ASAP – we’re ready when you are!
• Fantastic pay: £28+ per hour (PAYE – no hidden fees)
• Local placements that work around your schedule
• Ongoing support from a friendly, dedicated consultant
• Access to CPD to keep you growing professionally

If you're excited about supporting young learners and want a role that’s as rewarding as it is flexible – we’d love to chat!
