About the Role
We’re searching for an outstanding SEN Tutor to join our thriving network in Thatcham. This is a unique opportunity to work 1:1 or in small groups with students who require a creative, thoughtful approach. Your expertise will help shape brighter futures for children and young people who benefit from specialist support.
Your role will include:
- Assessing individual needs and learning profiles
- Planning and delivering bespoke schemes of work
- Adapting your teaching style for each learner’s strengths and needs
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment
- Tracking progress and evolving strategies for maximum impact
- Working closely with families, schools, and other professionals
About You
You are an ambitious, resourceful educator who can:
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia
- Assess, plan, and deliver inventive, impactful lessons
- Build trusting relationships and instil confidence in every learner
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
