About the Role

We are seeking an outstanding SEN Tutor to join our supportive, dynamic team in Southwark. You will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning, building their confidence and skills for future success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing learning needs and strengths for students with SEN
  • Planning and delivering inspiring, tailored lessons
  • Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Monitoring progress and adapting strategies as needed
  • Collaborating with families and professionals to ensure holistic support

About You

You’re an empathetic, resourceful educator with:

  • Proven experience supporting students with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia
  • Ability to assess, plan, and deliver bespoke schemes of work
  • A creative, flexible teaching approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine commitment to making a difference

Relevant qualifications and enhanced DBS check required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
