SEN Tutor – Oxfordshire
£20–£30 per hour | Flexible Hours | Immediate Start Available
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Tutors to join our team, delivering high-quality, personalised education to students across Oxfordshire.
The Role:
- Assess, plan, and deliver bespoke schemes of work tailored to meet individual student needs.
- Work 1:1 or with small groups, supporting students with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia.
- Empower learners to achieve their full potential in a supportive, nurturing environment.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with SEN students.
- Demonstrable experience supporting learners with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia.
- Skilled in adapting resources and strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Confident in assessing progress and providing clear, actionable feedback.
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
