Job Title: Core SEN Tutor - Langley
Location: Langley, Berkshire
Salary: £20-£25 per hour

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Core SEN Tutor in Langley.
Job Description:
As a Core SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one support to students with a range of SEN needs, helping them to develop their academic and life skills. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Personalised Learning: Tailoring teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
2. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assessing student progress and adapting your teaching approach accordingly.
3. Communication: Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a cohesive support network for the student.
4. Building Confidence: Fostering a positive learning environment where students feel empowered and confident in their abilities.
5. Documentation: Keeping accurate records of each student's progress and reporting findings to the relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with students with a range of SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and more.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- The ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Flexibility and a willingness to work independently.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
