TP Tutors is growing in Blandford Forum and is seeking passionate SEN Tutors to deliver one-to-one, tailored education for learners with additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students thrive in a supportive, flexible role.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Blandford Forum and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (full-time and part-time roles available)

About the Role

As an SEN Tutor, you will provide personalised tuition to learners who benefit from a more individualised approach, helping them rebuild confidence and achieve progress at their own pace.

Key Duties:

  • Deliver structured and engaging one-to-one sessions
  • Support learners with needs including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Encourage engagement, independence, and resilience
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with learners and families
  • Deliver sessions in home or community-based environments

About You

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Confident delivering core curriculum subjects
  • Based in Blandford Forum or able to travel locally
  • Empathetic, reliable, and proactive
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
