Teaching Personnel are seeking Teaching assistants immediately in Redbridge to work with an 'Outstanding ' school for secondary pupils with profound multiple learning difficulties and Autism . The school is a vibrant and forward looking school that is looking to appoint SEN Teaching assistants to become part of a committed team, working to enhance the education and well being of their pupils who have a statement of profound multiple learning difficulties, Autism low to high functioning and or complex medical needs.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have experience of working with PMLD, Autism, severe learning difficulties or complex needs pupils or those who have worked in the care sector to provide 1:1 and group support within a Specialist unit. Support with nappy changing and intimate care is essential. Manual handling or hoisting training would be desirable but is not essential.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
