SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity - Mainstream Secondary School (SEN Division)
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Full-time, Flexible start date (ASAP), Temp to Perm contracts

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to individual student needs.
- Support students in their learning journey by providing one-on-one attention and guidance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support, ensuring a focused and respectful learning environment.
- Contribute to planning and organizing classroom activities, educational outings, and school events.
- Provide feedback and updates to teachers and parents on student progress and achievements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or a related educational role is desirable, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to kickstart their career in education.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of diverse learners.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or child development would be beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
